Welcome back, Beauty!
My spring fever is in full force and right now I'm loving this look for an everyday spring makeup routine. I wore this makeup to a very top secret meeting I had on Friday (that hopefully you all will know about very soon!) and I got a ton of compliments on it. I like this look because it's very neutral but yet still warm with a flush of pink and a gorgeous soft beige lip. Here's a full BEAUTY BREAKDOWN for this spring look:
I then used NYX's stay matte not flat powder foundation as a powder all over my face. I like to use this over top of a foundation for a very full coverage foundation look. I don't do this face routine everyday because it is a little heavy on the skin, but I love this combo for pictures and for going out because my skin literally stays matte forever.
I used the shades TAN and ICE QUEEN from the NYX Highlight & Contour Pro Palette to bronze my forehead, cheeks and nose. I mix these two together to give my skin a bronzy natural glow. I then contoured my nose and hollows of my cheeks with the shade TOFFEE.
For blush I used the Tory Burch lip and cheek tint in CATS MEOW. This is my favourite product for spring so far. Looks like a lip balm, but it glides on the skin so nicely and is actually really pigmented for a lip tint- oh, and it smells good too! (Spring 2017 blush trends here)
Anastasia Beverley Hills Dipbrow in CARAMEL with Essence Clear brow gel over top. Brow gel is an essential for me because it keeps product and it keeps my sparce little brow hairs in place.
For the eyes I used the same NYX pro palette to keep my look monochromatic. I used TAN in the crease and on the lower lash line. Then I added HOLLOW into the outer crease to deepen the outer corner. I also added HOLLOW on my lower lash line to define my eye's shape. For the lid I applied NECTAR. On the brow bone and inner corner I used SUNBURST from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit. I used this kit for my cheek highlight as well but I used the shade BUBBLY mixed with DRIPPING IN GOLD.
My lashes are au natural and look bomb with Benefit's THEY'RE REAL mascara. I haven't had to wear fake lashes in forever and every time I use this mascara I get asked if I am. I love this product!
For my lipstick I chose a liquid lipstick by Anastasia Beverley Hills in the shade CRUSH. It's a soft beige shade with a hint of pink. I applied two coats to make it a little bit darker.
